The property is excellent value and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are good sized with particularly nice views of garden. Overall savoury food, plus there is Blackjack Beers close by.

Fairly clean place with amazing views and great location close to Hero's Square. Fast staff, cosy economy room. Quiet ambiance, big beds and spacious bathroom.

The breakfast is tasty, available with cucumbers, yogurt and jams. The hotel provides a good service.

Had a sunny 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Amicable staff created a quiet atmosphere. The room was new-fashioned and well-equipped, with comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The breakfast was savoury and absolutely superb and all the food was good.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were miserable.

Our room was nice looking with the balcony. The hotel had a central location and it was next to Saint Mary's Cathedral. Furthermore, the area was central.

We liked this place, it's well priced and good small. The breakfast is savoury and tasty with juices, olives plus sausages, has everything you need.

The rooms were clean and warm in good order with refitted bathrooms, felt like home. Great location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. There was a great restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was unbeatable and convenient, really close to buses, the centre of town and near to the main city attractions. It was a functional building, the rooms were great-sized. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive from my arrival up until I left.

Make sure you stay in the economy room in good order with refitted bathrooms.

Check in was perfect, hotel was pleasant, locations was beautiful to go on foot to enjoy the surrounding area. We greatly enjoyed the economy single room which was warm with refitted bathrooms.

Very very good experience and extremely helpful staff. A nice size and well-equipped room, a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the room. A huge variety of savoury and varied breakfast items to choose from.

I stayed 3 nights and would happily return when visiting Hungary. Greatly enjoyed this place, it was reasonably priced and lovely small. The staff were understanding and were around whole time. The room was warm and cosy included a minibar and a TV set. The location was good and absolutely perfect, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Bars and restaurants next door had outstanding meals.

I spend 2 nights in Budapest lovely. The hotel's location was magnificent, close enough to the beautiful M1 metro line, downtown and good restaurants and subway. And it was at a short distance from A Platan Etterem, ate there couple of times. They gave me economy triple room with mini fridge, TV, as for instance.

The views were dull.

The restaurant was nice with dlicious food, we ordered excellent dishes. And there was a nice view on the park or city. Very central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus. The staff was fast and we would return there.

Savoury breakfast with a lot of food. Very friendly personnel and nice location to the Budapest attractions. And close enough to the metro station, tube station at 5-10 minutes walking distance and metro stops of the M1.

Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay for 4 nights. The hotel was in a pleasant location just next door to metro, big secured parking place, and near the Danube.

The check in was efficient and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. It was warm, neat and in total-very good value for the money. The staff where all outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. The location was excellent and beautiful - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

We were upgraded to economy triple room with the balcony on check in.

Possibly the best and very good stay for 4 nights at The Benczúr Hotel. Peaceful setting in the downtown area, very close to good restaurants and subway as well as a large, nice park and the "heroe´s place. Besides, excellent for visiting a large square.

Nice design of interiors in economy room. Marvellous location close to metro line into the heart of town. Based close to a metro station, the main attractions in Budapest and public transport.

Its location was indeed marvellous and only 10 minutes walk from an established zoo.

Everything is pleasant here, had a real good stay for 4 nights at The Benczúr Hotel. The rooms are new-fashioned and warm, with air conditioning and bathroom plus the balcony provided. The location is magnificent, 3 km from a Roman Catholic basilica. Would stay again in this very quiet area. So we also will be back, but we didn't have time.

It was very close to metro, 5 to nearest underground station and metro stops of the M1, marvellous location overall. I got tasty breakfasts with sausages and yogurt, for example...

The location is best possible and incredible, just a short walk away from a fantastical castle. The breakfast choices are varied. The staff are efficient and courteous, and the atmosphere is quiet. Nothing to complain about and would happily return.

Came in Budapest to relax and have fun, this small hotel was great place for doing it. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. I loved BRILLIANT food. You could leave a car onsite.

City park was quite close and to Vorosmarty Street subway station you can get within 20 minutes walk. One could dine at restaurants such as mirage cafe and bar 15 minutes away...
