The location in an industrial area was perfect and there were a large shopping mall and fairgrounds nearby. The room was well furnished and air conditioned, comfy bed.

Different food for adequate breakfast with good quality.

Fairly clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had tasty dishes. The view of the city was great. I liked this hotel and totally recommend it to all.

Had very nice stay for 2 nights and the weather was wonderful. I had a nicely furnished room with coffee, a good view and the bathroom. The coffee bar was good with some brilliant food.

Everything was very good, magnificent location close to the Deal Ferenze stop which was central in downtown Budapest, the staff were helpful. The rooms were air-conditioned and brand-new with a tub and very good breakfast, I really enjoyed that.

The staff is helpful, the breakfast large, the location is magnificent very close to the huge concert/sports arena as well as great restaurant and great gym. I have stayed in the twin room with air conditioning, luggage storage, and a balcony.

The venue was nicely presented, I liked the stay and the location was perfect just off local shops as well as metro or bus stations. The breakfast deal was savoury and rich with fruit and fried eggs and juice from postmix.

Generally, the place was impressive and had lovely and informative staff with the service I have received by both Kreativ and the Arena staff. I stayed in a tidy and immaculate room with good mattress, a double bed, for instance. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from Weiner Leo. Being walk from a tube station was a bonus.

The location was convenient, you can visit Syma Conference Center by walking. The hotel itself was in a special area, close to Arena shopping center, and the metro station & trolley bus.

The venue is functional, clean and the location is good close enough to the bar/restaurant by putting 10 % "service charge " on the bill and city centre, bus station and tram station. The staff are very attentive people at the reception desk. They have hot beverages in the coffee bar.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was tidy and immaculate and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The service was top-notch with a fast check-in. Besides, I was able to park nearby. I spent some time with cold drinks in the lovely downstairs bar.

Lots of options for breakfast, outstanding coffee and fruit. Marvellous location so close to a metro so easy to get to the centre which is 5 stops away, the subway and access to the gym and spa, and a restaurant, and savoury and large breakfast. Also, to the train terminal or the city.

Impolite staff!

The breakfast looked savoury and rich, for offered quality, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. The setting was incredibly comfortable and easy, just off frequent trains and an eight-minute journey to the middle of Pest, which goes straight into the centre in around 6 minutes and Close to the subway.

I loved the room with a camp bed added. Could use a work desk, multi-channel TV and a seating area.

The location was best possible, and we could reach Syma Conference Center by walking. The food was tasty - plenty of options.

I did not want to leave and would love to return. The venue was pretty standard, I loved the location near a nearby underground station as well as city centre, and city views. The most important was the staff - informative and efficient people. The breakfast was perfect and included.
