We got extremely spacious and huge guest room with 3 beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. In general the staff were cordial and obliging.

the beds were very comfy, the rooms were clean and perfect with 3 beds, everything was great. i could use central heating and a flat-screen tv with cable channels.
