It was in a perfect and best possible location, close to a train station.

I had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was fantastic really close to downtown budapest and Christmas markets. The staff were highly efficient and active. I booked updated superior room here with storage space, oversized bathtub plus comfortable bed. The breakfasts were tasty and the service was great. Besides, I was able to park near hotel.

The staff are highly efficient, giving their best to make the stay a great experience. I must comment on its central location - it was marvellous. The airport is 25 km away, easy to reach.

It's a pity but there was no pressure.

The staff were delightfully helpful and responsive, their services were very good. The premium deluxe twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new.

Amazing, marvellous location in Budapest, short walk to all major shopping streets as well as a welcome harbor. Also, right in the the centre of town-near to all the sites both on-and-off the water front. The breakfast with many options to please.

The venue's position was central. Set in very very nice area, restaurants and bars were walking distance to the hotel. I truly enjoyed quite old decor of the superior premium room.

The location was convenient and perfect, near to restaurants, sights, parks for jogging, walking paths. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. Fully-equipped and well-kept room, it had very big bed. Varied fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, and eggs served in the morning.

I have just spent 1 day in superior room and liked it. Though some of the staff were not particularly friendly, I had a comfortable stay. The service was terrific, including a quick check-in. Exotic drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

Breakfast was too expensive, can definitely be improved.

Brilliant and fairly clean place with really kind staff with the manager of the stuff. Very central location right in the the centre of town. Based just next door to all the main attractions as well as the Housekeeping store.

The hotel had a perfect location right next to Vorosmarty Square. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast here, I had light dishes.

Facilities are very welcoming, and there's shuttle to the airport. The location is excellent, close to a train station.

The twin room was brand-new, the bed was very big. The location was perfect and best possible, close to the train station, so it was really easy to travel around.

There was incredible breakfasts with pastries and cheeses. The room was neat and fancy with a king-size bed and a fire alarm. The location was best possible, relatively close to an interactive museum.

The staff was arrogant.

Exceptionally clean accommodation, well-trained and responsive staff that provide great service. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was high-class! Excellent internet, parking on-site.

Beds were a bit hard.

Top-notch executive queen suite and the bed was extremely comfy. It had separate shower in the fine bathroom.

Special thanks to courteous staff for making my stay a very positive experience. The location is stunning and strategic, 1 km from a town square. Also, it is right by the center, and the restaurant.

All in all, it was brilliant place for travelling to Budapest. Comfortable beds, a private safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar where a nice touch.

Location: the hotel was right by all main budapest attractions and close to the river. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from Budapest Eye Ferris Wheel. The breakfast had something for everyone - cereals, eggs, fresh fruit and pastries.

i went on a christmas and everything here was perfect. the food was savoury with variety of alternatives. rooms were spotless and fancy and provided with toiletries, modern furnishings, as example. the location was marvellous for walking around liberty square. plus the hotel was walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

It's useful base for sightseeing and exploring Budapest. It has a marvellous location adjacent to tourist attractions, the Budapest Eye and the hot springs for masage and entrance.

Positioned 25 km from the airport. Very comfy bed in grand deluxe king room with a minibar, an electronic key card and a work desk. Fabulous and delicious meals.

It was worth its 5 stars. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided. Really enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant ÉS Bisztró.
