Matild Palace, A Luxury Collection Hotel

The location is particularly good, easy to walk to places or take a taxi.

The location was stunning for me. It was also near the Inner City at the foot of Elisabeth Bridge and Matild cafe. The double room was stunning, very well taken care of. A safe, a mini bar, and central heating were a nice touch.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and the location was marvellous in Matild cafe.

Luxury and absolutely stunning room, dryers, shower caps, and bath sheets in the room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and very friendly and competent staff. The location exceptional and particularly good easy to walk to places or take a taxi.

It was in an awesome and marvellous location with Holland & Barrett Pimlico nearby. Helpful and professional staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The bedroom was extremely spacious and bright.

The units are wonderful, bright with a nice view.

Everything was excellent, nevertheless we stayed for 3 nights only. The staff was really helpful, affable all the time. We needed wheelchair accessible room with a nice view and it was available. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

The venue was overall clean and the staff were professional and affable. Had breakfast in the bar. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with all facilities, a nice view, as example was ready. The location was great and stunning for walking around Elisabeth Bridge.

All the staff members are kind and perfect. The location is exceptional and stunning, 2 km from a lavish Moorish-style synagogue.

The room was well-equipped and luxury and offered a shower, a hairdryer and bath robes, so that guests had essentials. The location was stunning, for example, Elisabeth Bridge was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

There were central heating, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card in my suite. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast. The location was awesome, within easy walking distance of Elisabeth Bridge.

The double room I was given was complete with all facilities, a nice view, for example. Coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware where a huge plus. The stuff was very friendly, they blew my mind. The location was great and the private parking was nearby👍
