Mercure Budapest Castle Hill

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very quiet area, close enough to next to Deli metro, trains, and Matthias Church. Overall it was spotless with an extremely large comfortable bed.

Shame the bathroom was very tiny.

Well-kept rooms, the design was nice. The breakfasts were rich and marvellous with Turkish food.

We didn't like the bed, it was not very comfortable.

This great downtown hotel is FANTASTIC with very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff. The breakfast options are tasty with Turkish food. The service is incredible, includes free parking. Besides, you can park your car outside.

When I am in Budapest, I like staying here. The hotel is pretty standard and modern with affable personnel at the reception desk. The room is modern and cheap with a good view, has free Wi-Fi. The location is particularly good, at a walking distance from Szechenyi Chain Bridge. The area is really quiet just next door to Close to the historic Castle hill, public transport and great restaurants and taxis to the airport, luggage care, and information.

Breakfast with Turkish food. Perfect location in 01. Budavar district so close to the Royal palace, city center and Buda Castle and the near railway station.

Would stay here again without hesitation if I come to Budapest. The rooms are well-kept and have beautiful view on the park and Buda Castle. The restaurant is really nice at bar and restaurant.

The staff was professional - I would stay here again without hesitation. There were a safe box, a minibar, and central heating in the room, loved that. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, in such an establishment.

The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and nice, so close to nice view on Buda castle and the subway station "Deli Palyaudvar ". Also, a mock bastion was not far. The rooms were brand-new and nicely furnished with all facilities, great-sized bathroom. The bed was good sized & the staff there were competent.

Everything is nice here, had an excellent stay on business trip. Make sure to get triple room with double bed, an abstract art of life, hot water for the bath.

Savoury and tasty breakfast option with Turkish food. Particularly good location near the train station and the metro station, Old Town and the Castle and tram and subway makes it a good choice.

I loved the hotel overall. The stay here was very comfortable on business trip. All of the staff members were fairly friendly and amicable. The restaurant had hot food.

Stayed here for a long weekend and can recommend it. I had soundproof and new-fashioned room with a view on the Mattyas Templom and capsules for coffee maker plus a mini bar. The hotel was in a great and lovely location close enough to Deli train station and metro and church.

The location of the property was particularly good and absolutely perfect, to walk from city center. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Budapest.

We were offered a great service. Liked the double room with a view of the castle and the way it was setup. Location: the hotel was very close to a taxi and Budapest.

Excellent services were available. The breakfast offered plenty of fab meals. Its location within walking distance of Arpad Toth Promenade was brilliant and reasonable.

By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Budapest, had much fun and met pleasant and attentive staff at the night shift. Plus it was spotless and had nice interior. You could leave a car outside. The hotel's location was unbeatable, so close to Balaton lakes.

We would be happy to recommend to anyone. Came in Budapest to relax and have fun, this hotel was excellent base for doing it. Truly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant station;)))

here we could visit labyrinth that was near to the hotel. the stay was absolutely nice.

The location was excellant, short way from a railroad station, if you need it. Right place for city trip in Budapest. The stuff was efficient - we would stay here again without hesitation.
