Novotel Budapest City

Everything was good, the parking was on-site, the room was extremely spacious. Booked a room with bath.

The room I booked was well-equipped and new-fashioned with good facilities, decaff coffee, as for instance. The service was efficient and the pool was clean.

New-fashioned, huge room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.

Perfect base for exploring Budapest. Big and clean venue with a good value and pleasant staff. Private parking onsite provided. Late check out.

Great location in good area, next to the common areas as well as a tram or bus stop.

The food in the garden was fabulous.

The location was marvellous and tranquil - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Truly enjoyed staying at the standard room with comfortable bed.

The setting was excellent, near to mom park and close bus and tram stops, Budapest City centre and good transport connections to the city center and to other districts.

Impeccably clean rooms were outstanding with all the basic amenities. The location was marvellous and tranquil and near a garden and a river. Also, art deco thermal baths was 3 km away.

We stayed in the executive queen room, the room was new-fashioned and huge. The location was tranquil and wonderful, on Pest side also far from airport and overlooking garden. Plus, it was close to Next to a nice Mall as well as easily accessible public transport.

The place was stunningly beautiful, with its incredibly nice staff especially in the reception desk. The location was particularly good and reasonably priced for exploring this modern area, close to Budapest from Sept 23 to 29, outskirts of Budapest and subway.

Disgusting area.

Astonishing and fairly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is modern. The rooms are impeccably clean with double sleeper couch open, all the basic amenities and bath and the staff are amazingly nice! All in all they offer perfect service. Pool area is great, loved this place.

The room was modern & functional, with all the basic amenities. The location was tranquil and magnificent, close to an underground station.

Got a nice size and functional room with particularly nice views and an iron and ironing board, and a writing table.

Possibly the best and fine stay for business trip. Modern functional rooms with good views on the hills, and a writing desk, an iron and ironing board, and a phone. Marvellous, tranquil location in the modern area. A nice restaurant and a night bar available.

Very rude staff!

Its location was marvellous, near the conference centre, and in a good area. The breakfast was savoury and classic with many options for all tipe of consumers, the food was great. The best part were the pleasant and welcoming staff.

The staff - some of them were unresponsive.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Budapest. The breakfast was classic with cheese and fruits, as for instance and frequently replenished. Location: the hotel was very close to Mom Park, a shopping mall, and public transport, the centre, and Close to the tram station.

It had not very nice views.

We got exceptionally clean and huge standard double room with bath as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was tranquil on Pest side also far from airport and the staff here was polite and courteous.

Amazingly nice staff team especially in the reception desk. Marvellous and tranquil location to hapsburg fortress. It also was near a garden and a river.

Staff are AFFABLE, rooms are air-conditioned and location is good. Views over the garden. Had breakfast for eur 14 per person.

Location and staff were great, we also liked hills views...

the terrace bar was available on the premises. a short walk to attractions, including vaci street. we greatly enjoyed staying at novotel budapest city. the hotel met expectations.

Plenty of food for the buffet breakfast. Location in front of many tourist attractions, including rudas baths that is set 15 mins on foot.
