It was fairly clean, and the people were welcoming. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Budapest.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

Luxury and comfortable accommodation with best possible setting just off many many restaurants and tram 24 for keleti railway terminal and also nagyvarad terr on the metro with interchange. Very welcoming staff, terrific services, including a lot of nice delicacies.

Location: the hotel was very close to frequent tram line 24, the metro station and bus/tram stops, and the Konference Center and Shopping Mall "Lurdy Haz ". Diner Black Cab Burger was located 20 minutes walk away. The beds were big, I slept well.
