Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge

Everything was very good - very central location and efficient service. Plenty of options for abundant and large breakfast. Good stay, as always.

American breakfast provided in the restaurant. I really enjoyed the good sized and updated room, and the exceptional view of the castle. The location was marvellous and fab, just off the Sofitel Chain Bridge, bus terminals and tram terminals and the old castle area and easily accessible.

The place is newly decorated and immaculately clean. The pool area is lovely too. Excellent internet, parking onsite. Best possible and convenient location on the river side, in the very very nice area. Downstairs bar in the hotel.

Particularly good location in Budapest so close to the airport on time, Budda castle and the Chain bridge with views of the Buda Castle.

The rooms are well-organised and beautifully decorated, with tea bags, perfect view plus a bathtub provided.

The location was magnificent and amazing, right in the center, the view was marvellous, too. Besides, it was next to the Chain Bridge and castle hill, almost all historical sites and Budapest after an overnight flight from.

Good food in the restaurant for breakfast for all tastes. Safe and perfect hotel in a magnificent setting near the city center. And close enough to the river, the Chain Bridge and the King's Palace, the castle at Buda side and serval bridges along the river and church on the other bank of the Danube.

My favourite property in Budapest. Breakfast for all tastes. Marvellous location to a massive Baroque palace. Downtown area so close to Restaurant to Housekeeping, and most locations. Fast check-in, parking on site. Had high-speed internet access in all rooms.

Breakfast was extensive, panoramic views, ideal location not far from the popular places to see like Fisherman's castle and bus terminals and tram terminals. We had double room with a half bathroom.

Although we agreed to pay gbp 8 per hour to access the net, Wi-Fi was bad.

It was in an excellent location with Lipotvaros nearby.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was a little small.

The location was perfect, at a walking distance from a neo - Renaissance opera house. The staff was well managed and responsive, the bathroom was reasonably clean.

Amazing, particularly good location not far from Paris restaurant and the casino. Early check-in, caring employees. Well-organised and brand-new room and bathroom with a bath.

The pool was good and I had cold drinks in the outdoor bar. The restaurant was nice for lunch here, I had warm dishes.

Everything is nice here, had a such wonderful stay for our new visit. It has both incredibly welcoming and superfriendly staff.

Luxurious place, reasonably clean, brilliant value. Well presented and well-equipped room and a very big bed. A very large building in the heart of Budapest. Walking distance to a shopping centre and the Christmas market across the street. A wonderful restaurant and a downstairs bar available. Real good overall experience.

Clean and luxury place, has superb views of the castle. It has wonderful very central location to the Central Market. And it's nestled in a very good building close to sightseeing being right on the river and walking distance to museums and attractions, The castle and the bridge and Deneve river bank.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was really good. Booked a room with panoramic views of Buda's castle.

Had a really really nice stay for Formula 1 weekend. The hotel had a very central position next to Budapest. And it was not too far from Salaam Bombay, ate there couple of times.
